摘要:

考虑武器装备在不同场合下故障率不同的实际,研究将武器装备对应的维修装置分配到维修装备以形成维修装备体系的最优化问题,提出了基于主用场合的维修装备功能规划模型,并运用遗传算法进行模型求解研究。首先从维修装备配置种类、故障率差异和维修装置体积三方面分析了维修装备功能规划考虑的问题,建立了以维修装备主用场合故障率和最大为目标的维修装备功能指派模型;进而在证明主用场合故障率和最优值定理的基础上,建立遗传算法适应度函数,求解维修装备种类数量,确定遗传算法初始数值取值范围,并进行了遗传操作选择研究;最后运用Matlab软件进行了40维修装置7场合维修装备规划实例求解,实例证明提出的模型科学合理,求解方法方便高效。

Abstract:

With consideration of the fact that the failure rate of weapon is different in different occasions, the optimization problem that the maintenance equipment system is formed by assigning the maintenance device of weapon to the maintenance equipment, is studied, with promotion of a function programming model for maintenance equipment, whose solving model is studied by using the genetic algorithm. First the maintenance equipment function programming problem is analyzed from three aspects which include species of the maintenance equipment, failure rate difference, and the volume of the maintenance part, aimed at the maximum of the failure rate sum which can be maintained by maintenance equipment in main occasion, the maintenance equipment assignment model is built. And then, the fitness function of genetic algorithm is built based on the optimal theory of failure rate sum in main occasion of maintenance equipment, and the initial range is defined through solving the amount problem of maintenance equipment species, accompanied by the analysis of genetic algorithm operation. At last, by using Matlab software, an example of maintenance equipment programming problem with 40 maintenance parts in seven occasions is given. It is proved that the model given is scientific and reasonable, and the solving method is convenient and efficient.
