多元随机误差对频率选择表面电磁特性的影响

摘要:

针对频率选择表面(frequency selective surface, FSS)加工中存在随机误差的问题,基于多元正态分布建立了存在随机加工误差的FSS分析理论模型,给出了FSS传输系数的数学期望计算公式,以及矩形面积等效、基于误差函数级数表达式的密度曲线积分和随机样本均值3种求解方法,并采用多维自适应采样方法加速的谱域矩量法分析了随机误差对FSS电磁特性的影响。以缝隙型圆环单元为例验证了算法的准确性和收敛性,详细分析了加工误差对FSS传输性能的影响。结果表明,随着随机误差标准差的增大,FSS的电性能变差,单元尺寸和介电常数的随机误差是影响结构性能的主要因素。

Abstract:

In practical manufacturing process, the parameters of frequency selective surface (FSS) structure suffer process tolerances. Based on multivariable Gauss random distribution, the theoretical model of FSS with random errors is proposed. The expected value of the transmission characteristics of FSS with random errors is given and solved respectively by three methods, which are the equivalent rectangular area method, the density curve integral method and the random sample mean method. In order to improve computation efficiency of statistical method, the spectral method of moment combined with the multidimension adaptive sampling method is employed to analyze the effects of random errors on the electromagnetic characteristics of FSS. Taking ring slot FSS as an example, the accuracy and convergence of proposed method are verified and the effects of manufacturing errors on the transmission characteristics of FSS are investigated. The results show that with the increase of standard deviation, the electrical perform
