摘要:

以N型更换策略下的多状态系统为研究对象,考虑系统性能逐级退化,假设系统在各级工作状态的停留时间服从phasetype(PH)分布;并规定系统只能进行N次不完全维修,第N+1次故障时进行更换;不完全维修时间和更换时间均服从PH分布;随后给出了系统稳态可用度、部件更换间隔时间分布和平均更换间隔时间的解析形式,并将系统的部件需求规律表述为马尔可夫到达过程(Markovian arrival process, MAP);最后通过一个算例验证了模型的可行性。

Abstract:

The reliability of multi-state a repairable system with replacement policy N is investigated. The performance of system degrades level by level, and the holding time, the repair time and replacement time on each level are assumed to follow the phase type (PH) distribution. The system can be repaired by the incomplete a fixed number of times N, and it is replaced by a new one when the follow failure occurs. The analytical forms of the availability of this system, the distribution and mean of the replacement intervaltime is presented. Then, the spare parts demand law is described by a Markovian arrival process (MAP). Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the model.
