摘要:

提出了一种高分辨率合成孔径雷达(synthetic aperture radar, SAR)杂波图像的仿真方法。在分析了两种用于高分辨率SAR杂波图像建模的统计模型(广义Gamma分布和广义复合分布)特性的基础上,推导了其相应的基于非线性变换法的生成函数的解析式。然后,在由实测图像中估计与人为设定两种模型参数获取方式下,分别仿真了广义Gamma分布和广义复合分布的SAR杂波图像。实验结果表明,所仿真图像的直方图均与相应的理论概率密度函数吻合,验证了仿真方法的有效性。

Abstract:

A method of simulating high-resolution synthetic aperture radar (SAR) clutter images is proposed. Firstly, the properties of two statistical distributions (generalized Gamma distribution and generalized compound distribution) used for modeling high-resolution SAR clutter images are analyzed. Then, by applying the nonlinear transformation method, the analytical expressions of generating functions corresponding to the two models are derived. After that, with parameters estimated from the real SAR images and the given ones, clutter images following the two distributions are simulated respectively. The experimental results show that the histograms of the simulated images fit the theoretical probability density functions well, which validates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
