摘要:

大多数传输线模型都不能保证无源性。针对基于特征方法的传输线宏模型,提出了一种快速无源性
补偿方法。相对于留数扰动策略,所用的留数特征值扰动方法,减少了自由变量的数目,从而大大减小了CPU 时
间和内存需求,同时还可以满足在任意端接下的应用。此外还给出优化问题的解析解,进一步提高了仿真的速
度。最后,通过仿真实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

Most of the transmission line model cannot guarantee passivity. Aiming at transmission line macromodels based on the characteristic method, a fast passivity compensation algorithm is proposed. Compared with residue perturbation strategy, this method based on residue eigenvalue perturbation reduces the number of free variables, which greatly reduces the CPU time and memory requirements and can make the model meet any termination requirement. In additional, the analytical solution of the optimization problem is derived, which further accelerates the simulation speed. Finally, several simulation examples are demonstrated to verify the effectiveness of this method.
