摘要:

作战飞机的维修性决定了作战飞机保持和恢复到完好状态的能力,在飞机研制阶段提出合理的维修性指标对于飞机的作战使用具有重要意义。根据业务流程重组和并行工程理论,以及现有维修保障流程重组优化的研究,本文提出一种基于维修保障流程的维修性指标确定方法,以缩短飞行前准备时间和再次出动准备时间,提高飞机再次出动能力。

Abstract:

The maintainability of combat aircraft enables the capability of keeping and recovering combat aircraft in good condition. It is of great significance to set an appropriate maintenance criterion in the phase of aircraft research and development. According to the theory of business process reengineering and concurrent engineering (CE), the optimization of the process reengineering of maintenance support is researched, with the purpose of shortening the preparation period and another flight, an improved maintenance criterion intended to improve a second flight is presented in the essay.
