一种新的证据冲突表示方法

摘要:

D-S证据理论作为一种不确定信息融合技术,被广泛应用于信息融合的各个领域。但是在证据高度冲突情况下常常会导致错误的融合结果,研究人员对证据理论的组合规则的改进和数据模型的修改进行了大量的研究,但是如何去度量或确定证据之间冲突的程度却常常被人忽视。针对这一问题,首先分析了证据理论中经典冲突系数的不足,引入证据距离函数表示证据之间的差异性,结合经典冲突系数一起提出了一种新的证据冲突表示方法,克服了经典证据理论冲突系数的不足,能更有效地度量证据的冲突程度,最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

DS evidence theory is widely used in various fields of information fusion due to its efficiency dealing with uncertain information. Unfortunately, combination of these highly conflicting evidences with the classical Dempster’s rule leads to produce the counterintuitive results. Many modified combinative rules have been proposed. However, how to represent the conflict between two bodies of evidence is still an open issue. In this paper, a new conflict coefficient is presented. First, the deficiency of the classical conflictive coefficient is analyzed. Then, the distance function between evidences is introduced. A new model to represent conflict is constructed with the distance function and the classical conflictive coefficient. Finally, numerical examples verify the efficiency of the proposed method.
