摘要:

为了建立质量成本分析模型,首先对质量经济性评价方法进行介绍,根据军工企业的生产特点及其产品特点,选择用数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis, DEA)模型对其产品进行质量经济性评价;其次依据决策单元有效性的要求,运用灵敏度分析的思想,站在线性规划的角度,建立了质量成本分析模型;最后选择某军工企业为实证研究对象,运用DEA分析和质量成本分析模型,计算得出了保持决策单元DEA有效的质量成本变化范围,并通过有效性验证,证明了所建质量成本分析模型的正确性。

Abstract:

To set up a model of quality cost analysis, an analysis method on quality economics is introduced, and then data envelopment analysis (DEA) is applied to evaluate largescale and complex military products. This is based on the characteristics of the military enterprise and its products. A quality cost analysis model is set up according to linear programming sensitivity analysis. A certain military enterprise is chosen as an empirical study sample. With the help of the quality cost analysis model, the change scope of each input cost is calculated. The conclusion is the quality cost analysis model is both reasonable and practical.
