摘要:

给出了多输入多输出(multipleinput multipleoutput, MIMO)雷达波束方向图的数学表达式,它为发射和接收方向图的乘积。假设接收阵元为半波长配置,通过分析发射阵元的间隔配置,得出如下结论:当发射阵元为一倍或Mr(接收阵元数目)倍半波长间距时,波束方向图将不会产生高旁瓣;当发射阵元的间距介于两者之间时,波束方向图将会因发射端的栅瓣效应而造成高旁瓣电平。针对后者引起的高副瓣情况,提出了利用接收波束合成算法来对消发射阵元的栅瓣,进而有效地抑制旁瓣。仿真实验验证了理论分析的有效性。

Abstract:

The beam pattern of multipleinput multipleoutput(MIMO) radar is derived analytically, which shows that it is the product of transmitter and receiver beam pattern. By assuming that the receiver interelement is halfwavelength spacing, this paper analyzes the interelement spacing of the transmitter, and gets the follow conclusion: when the transmitter interelement is halfwavelength or Mr/2wavelength spacing (Mr is the transmitter elements), the beam pattern of MIMO radar cannot form the high sidelobe. And when the transmitter interelement is between halfwavelength and Mr/2 wavelength spacing, the transmitter will form the grating lobe which leads to the high sidelobe in the beam pattern. Furthermore, in order to suppress the high sidelobe, a new pattern synthesis algorithm is used to cancel the grating lobe, which can suppress the sidelobe efficiently. Simulations verify theoretical analysis.
