摘要: 复杂生产系统的DEA效率评价具有重要意义,但有关研究还比较缺乏.树形生产系统是一类代表性的复杂生产系统.传统CCR方法忽视树形系统的内部结构,将高估系统的技术效率.在考虑树形系统的内部结构的基础上,本文提出了针对树形生产系统的DEA TPS效率评价模型.该模型能更合理地评价树形系统的技术效率,更大程度挖掘企业性能改善的潜力.关于商品营销系统的实证分析在一定程度上表明了此模型的合理性.

Abstract: DEA efficiency evaluation to complex production systems is of great value,however,the related researches are still scarce.The tree-like production system is a typical complex system.Traditional DEA CCR approach ignores the interior process of complex systems and overrates the technique efficiencies.Considering the interior process of complex systems,this paper advances a DEA-based model for efficiency evaluation to a tree-like production system.The model can rate the technique efficiencies of tree-like systems more reasonably and can find out the potential for system improvement more greatly.The numerical example for marketing systems is presented to demonstrate the rationality of the proposed model.
