摘要: 以地空导弹电子维修车为研究对象,考虑影响保障效能的主要因素,利用Delphi法建立了电子维修车保障效能的综合评估指标体系。采用熵值法确定指标权重,使评估结果更符合实际。借助灰色理论,建立了灰色综合评估模型。最后以实例进行验证,与实际的装备保障情况基本一致。

Abstract: Taking each factor that affects the support efficiency of electronic maintenance vehicle into consideration and according to the characteristics of researching objects,an integrated evaluative guide line system of the support efficiency of electronic maintenance vehicles is established by Delphi technique.The weighted entropy is adopted to ascertain the weight of each index so as to eliminate the subjectivity of each factor,which makes the evaluative result be coincident with the practice.In virtue of the gray theory,a gray integrated evaluative model is constructed and validated by an example,and the conclusion tallies with an external evaluative result.
