摘要:

针对过去测试性分析方法计算繁琐、周期长、效率低等缺点,基于模型的方法成为目前测试性设计分析技术的趋势,以多信号模型为基础,结合工作实际提出了一种测试性知识的获取方法。以TEAMS软件为平台,介绍了基于多信号模型的雷达测试性建模和测试性设计分析的原理、过程和结果,为雷达或其他电子装备的测试性设计分析提供了一套有效的方法。

Abstract:

The design of testability greatly affects the fighting performance of advanced and complicated equipment nowadays, but the methods used to evaluate testability, based on manual computation in the past, is fussy, low efficiency and long period. Now the design method based on models is popular. A new way to acquire testability knowledge based on the multisignal model is proposed. The modeling process and evaluating formulas for the testability of radar based on the multisignal model are also illustrated in detail by a TEAMS software. As a result, an efficient means for radar testability analysis is provided, which is applied to the other electronic equipment.
