摘要:

研究了一种基于积分方程的粗糙表面电磁波散射快速算法,该算法基于自适应积分法,利用辅助基函数将三角基函数匹配到矩形栅格上,并通过快速傅里叶变换加速矩阵向量乘积的迭代计算。算法的另一个特点是运用单积分方程分析三维目标的电磁散射特性,和传统的耦合积分方程方法相比,单积分方程方法能减少未知量数目。采用单积分公式计算收敛速度显著快于传统耦合积分方程。数值结果表明了该算法的准确性和高效性。

Abstract:

To improve numerical computation of electromagnetic scattering, a fast approach to integral equation is developed. The algorithm is based on the adaptive integral method (AIM). This method maps the triangular basis functions onto a rectangular grid with auxiliary basis function. And then the computation of the matrixvector products in the iterative solver is accelerated by the fast Fourier transforms (FFT). The new feature of the algorithm is the application of the single integral equation (SIE) to analyze the electromagnetic scattering from three dimensional objects. Compared with the conventional coupled integral equations(CIE) method, the SIE method reduces the number of unknowns. The new formulation converges significantly faster than the traditional CIE formulation. The numerical results are presented to show the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method.
