摘要: 针对综合评价方法指标权重较难确定的问题,从定义对抗条件下C4ISR系统效能评估指标之间的关系入手,建立评估指标的影响关系矩阵模型,提出指标的依赖权和影响权两个概念.通过合理假设,建立了指标依赖权和影响权之间的关系函数,并证明了指标集的正依赖权和影响权是存在的.

Abstract: Synthetic assessment(SA) is an important method in C4ISR system assessment.The weakness of SA lies in its subjectivity in weighting determination.Aiming at the problem,the paper defines the relations among the indices of C4ISR system Effectiveness under system confrontation and constructs a matrix model to describe the relations.The conceptions of reliant weighting(RW) and influence weighting(IW) are raised to depict weighting.Based on a rational assumptions,the paper gives the relational function of RW and IW and proves that the positive RW and IW exist.
