摘要:

斜投影极化滤波是高频地波雷达(highfrequency surface wave radar, HFSWR)抑制干扰的有效方法。分析了干扰估计误差对斜投影极化滤波器性能的影响,指出多普勒处理后的电离层杂波较处理之前具有更高的干噪比,在距离多普勒域处理可获得更佳的估计精度和干扰抑制效果。提出一种基于距离多普勒域的电离层杂波极化抑制方法,并使用实测数据对其处理效果进行验证。对某HFSWR实验系统实际录取的数据处理结果表明,电离层杂波干扰得到有效抑制,信干比改善可达15 dB以上。

Abstract:

Oblique projection polarization filtering is a valid approach to suppress interference in highfrequency surface wave radar (HFSWR). The effect on the performance of oblique projection polarization filter by the biased estimation of the interference is analyzed. Compared with rangetime domain, it benefits from higher estimation accuracy and better interference suppression performance in rangeDoppler domain, due to the higher interference to noise ratio after Doppler processing. Therefore, a method for polarization cancellation of ionospheric clutter based on rangeDoppler domain is proposed in this work. Experimental result of practical dualpolarized HFSWR data demonstrates that the proposed method is effective for ionospheric clutter suppression and the signaltointerference ratio can be increased by more than 15 dB.
