Abstract: The importance level evaluation of the influencing factors of the network information system-of-systems linkage is studied. Firstly, the concept of network information system-of-systems and its linkage are proposed, and the influencing factors of the network information system-of-systems linkage are extracted from the four aspects of physical domain, information domain, cognitive domain and social domain. Then, a method evaluating the importance coefficient of linkage influencing factors and mapping the importance rank which includes expert group opinion consistency test and selection steps of domain expert subgroup with high authority and consistent opinion is designed based on the group decision theory. Finally, the validity and applicability of the proposed method are illustrated by typical cases.
