摘要:

针对支撑新型武器装备系统需求论证的装备体系贡献度评估涉及学科领域广、不确定性因素众多、关联关系复杂、研究难度大的问题,提出了有无型与替代型、相对与绝对等多类型装备体系贡献度概念模型,构建了以支撑需求方案优化为目标,以问题背景分析、装备体系建模、评估指标构建、评估方法创新、综合分析评估为主线,迭代递进的装备体系贡献度评估过程模型,明确了装备体系贡献度评估的基本流程、规范原则、指标体系及技术方法,阐明了其实用性和有效性,为装备体系贡献度评估提供了总体框架和顶层指导。

Abstract:

In allusion to the problem that contribution rate evaluation supporting requirement demonstration of a new weapon equipment system has highly complexity and great difficulty due to involving a wide range of disciplines, multitudinous uncertain factors, complex relationships, multi-type contribution rate evaluation models, which included having or not having type, replacing type, relative type and absolute type, are proposed firstly. Then,with the aim of optimizing requirement scheme of a new weapon equipment system, an iterative and progressive process model based on the main clue of problem background analyzing, the armament system of systems modeling, evaluation index system constructing, evaluation method innovating, synthetically analyzing and evaluating is established and discussed, elucidating the basic procedure, norms and principles, evaluation index system, and techniques and methods. Finally, its practicability and effectiveness are demonstrated, providing the general framework and top guidelines for contribution rate evaluation of weapon equipment system.
