摘要:

为解决群决策评估中出现的决策信息模糊以及决策反馈低效化的问题,提出了自适应表达丰富度的决策方法,该方法结合二元语义以及多标准决策分析的思路,计算每个方案相对于理想解的近似贴近度,并将输出结果利用自适应表达丰富度的模块化处理进行语义标度的重新匹配,最后,通过军港的军事效能评估案例对所使用的方法进行分析论证。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of decision-making information ambiguity and decision-feedback inefficiency in group decision-making evaluation, a decision-making method of adaptive expressive richness is proposed. This method combines the characteristics of linguistic 2-tuple representation and multi-criterion decision-making analysis to calculate the proximity coefficient for each alternative to the ideal solution, and the output results are processed by the modular of adaptive expressive richness to re-match the linguistic labels. Finally, the method used in military harbor evaluation is analyzed and demonstrated in this case.
