摘要:

针对实际作战中的复杂电磁环境,研究了数据丢包环境下的多传感器协同跟踪问题。首先分析了数据丢包的几种不同情况,分别建立了数据丢包模型,并针对不同的丢包模型提出了相应的补偿策略;然后建立了数据丢包环境下目标观测模型,推导了数据丢包环境下序贯扩展卡尔曼滤波算法;最后基于信息熵理论建立了数据丢包环境下的多传感器多目标跟踪优化模型,给出了离散粒子群求解算法。仿真结果表明,所提的丢包补偿策略具有良好的补偿效果,可以有效抑制数据丢包造成的滤波数据发散,保证目标跟踪精度。

Abstract:

The problem of multi-sensor cooperative tracking in data packet dropout is studied. Firstly, the data packet loss model is established, and the corresponding compensation strategy is put forward. Then, the target observation model is established. Finally, the algorithm of multi-sensor multi-target tracking based on the information entropy theory is presented. The algorithm based on discrete particle swarm optimization is presented, too. The simulation results show that the proposed method has good compensation effect and can effectively  suppress the data packet loss caused by filtering data divergence and ensure the target tracking accuracy.
