Abstract: In order to improve the scientificity of material demand forecast for armored equipment, a material demand ascertaining method is designed based on forecast combination. First, make sure the establishment process and specific procedure of the forecast combination model, and introduce the forecasting efficiency theory, in order to assess the model’s forecasting efficiency. Then optimize the correlation area method, realizing the weight dynamic distribution of constitutional unit, and lay the foundation of rolling type updating and determining. With the process of example analysis, it indicates that the forecast combination model can not only improve the veracity of locality material demand forecasting, but also promote the stability of entirety forecasting process.
