摘要:

对于一个模糊对象,决策者不仅希望知道综合评价的结果,而且还希望知道导致这种结果的原因以及改进的策略。当应用模糊综合评判方法进行分析时,该方法只能提供模糊对象综合评判结果的好坏,但无法提供导致这种结果的原因和可能的改进方案。为了进一步增强模糊综合评判方法分析问题的能力,在模糊综合评判方法的基础上,给出了模糊可能集和模糊有效性的概念,并构造了相应的数学模型,该模型不仅能找出模糊对象评价结果无效的原因,而且还能为模糊对象的调控提供许多改进的信息。

Abstract:

For a fuzzy object, the decision maker not only wants to know the results of the comprehensive evaluation, but also wants to know the ineffective reason and the improvement strategy for a fuzzy event. When the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied, the method can only provide the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, but it can not provide the ineffective reason of the result and the possible improvement method. In order to further enhance the ability of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, based on the original data information that is used by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the concept of fuzzy possibility set and fuzzy efficiency are given. At the same time, the corresponding mathematical model is proposed, these models can not only find out the ineffective reason of the fuzzy object, but also provide many useful information for improving the fuzzy object.
