Predictive maintenance for multistate system based on maintenance importance

摘要:

针对现有多态系统中单元重要性评价的不足及维修活动关注的侧重点,综合权衡影响单元维修的风险度、对系统可靠性的贡献度及检测度,引入维修重要度(maintenance importance,MI)的概念。MI可定量评估各时刻多态单元的重要性,为后续维修活动中单元的维修顺序提供支撑。结合MI和目标导向法提出了系统预测性维修的总体思路,并搭建了综合系统可靠性评估、单元重要性评价、维修策略制定为一体的预测性维修平台。最后以某捷联惯导系统为例进行算法验证,仿真结果证明了所提设计思路是可行的,评估结果可为后续维修活动的优化和实施提供支撑信息。

Abstract:

Aiming at the shortage of the existing importance evaluation for multistate units and the emphasis about units in maintenance, the concept of maintenance importance (MI) is introduced which balances three causes: risk degree, units importance to system reliability, detection difficulty. MI can provide maintenance priority results for units at any given time quantitatively and offer units maintenance sequence for the followup maintenance. The general idea of system predictive maintenance is put forward combing MI and goaloriented Methodology. A comprehensive predictive maintenance platform is built which contains reliability assessments, units importance estimation and maintenance strategy. Finally, the proposed algorithm is applied into some strap down inertial navigation system. The simulation results prove the proposed design ideas are feasible, and the evaluation results can provide support for the implementation and optimization of the following maintenance.
