摘要:

针对初始备件品种确定问题,提出基于不完备信息的粗糙集初始备件品种确定方法。从关键性、消耗性、可更换性、经济性和可获取性5个方面系统分析初始备件品种决策影响因素;对比分析经典粗糙集模型的优劣,构建加权阈值粗糙集模型;提出基于系统信息量的属性权重确定方法;依据加权阈值粗糙集模型确定上、下近似集,获得初始备件品种决策规则。结合算例分析探讨模型的有效性,结果表明该方法能够提高备件品种决策精度。

Abstract:

To solve the problem of initial spare parts varieties determination, this paper puts forward a method for determining the initial spares varieties of the rough set based on incomplete information. In terms of key, expendable, replaceable, economical, and accessible, the main reasons for the initial spares varieties are analyzed comprehensively. The merits and drawbacks of the classical rough set model are comparatively analyzed and the weighted threshold rough set model is built. The attribute weight determination method is put forward based on system information without introducing the knowledge outside the system. According to the compatibility relation of the weighted threshold value, the upper and lower approximation sets of the rough set can be confirmed and the classification of decision rules can be obtained. The effectiveness of the model is explored with examples, and it shows that the method can improve the accuracy of spare parts varieties.
