舰艇损管是保障舰艇生命力的最后一道防线。战斗损管,是区别于平时损管的更为复杂和严酷的战术和技术指挥行动。考虑到战斗破损灾害特征的复杂性,战斗损管决策模型的构建也将更为复杂,实现决策支持系统与其他接口的信息融合更为困难。为解决以上问题,首先针对战斗损管决策的两个关键模型进行了建模,完成了战斗损管决策的方法研究。然后在建立数据图层的基础上,研究开发了舰载战斗损管决策信息化系统,并在损管指挥训练系统中进行了实际应用和测试。应用结果表明,模型和系统显著提高了决策的速度和精度,是辅助开展战斗损管指挥的重要手段。

Abstract:

Damage control (DC) is the last line of defense to protect warship survivability. Different from peacetime DC, the battle DC is a tactical and technical command activity that is more complex and rigorous. Taking the complexity of battle damage characteristic into account, the development of a battle DC decision-making model is complicated. To solve the above problems, two battle DC decision-making models are developed. Shipboard battle DC decision-making information software is developed, and is applied in DC command training. Application results indicate that the models and software improve the efficiency and accuracy of decision-making, and are important measures to assist battle DC command.
