摘要:

基于效果作战已成为现代信息化战争的一种新的作战模式。以基于效果作战思想为基础,通过引入射击有利度这一新要素,建立了基于效果作战模式下常规导弹火力最优分配模型。针对该类组合优化模型求解的复杂性,通过遗传算法与模拟退火算法的有机融合,提出了基于动态收敛准则的遗传模拟退火算法。仿真实验表明:该算法具有优良的全局收敛性,有利于提高常规导弹火力分配的有效性和准确性。研究结果可为常规导弹作战中的火力指挥决策提供支持,对提高常规导弹力量火力打击效果具有参考价值。

Abstract:

Based on effects-based operations, the firepower allocation model for conventional missiles is proposed through introducing the factor of shooting advantage. Considering the complexity of solving the model, the new genetic-simulated annealing algorithm based on dynamic convergence criteria is given by integration of the genetic algorithm and the simulated annealing algorithm. The simulation experiment shows that the new genetic algorithm has good convergence,so the new genetic algorithm can make the firepower allocation of conventional missiles more effective and more accurate. The results can be applied in improving damage effect of conventional missiles.
