从体系的角度出发,考虑装备之间的关联关系,本文基于作战环理论构建武器装备体系的网络化评估模型。首先,构建武器装备的能力指标体系,借助能力需求满足度对装备间的相互作用关系进行定量描述。其次,提出体系作战能力和作战环数两个评价指标,对武器装备体系进行综合评估。然后,引入贡献度的概念建立模型计算各装备对体系的贡献,根据各装备贡献度找到优先发展的装备。最后,以海上反击作战为例建立作战网络模型,应用本文提出的研究方法进行实践分析,为武器装备的优化配置提供理论支持。

Abstract:

From the point of system of system, considering the relationship between the equipments, this paper constructs a network evaluation model of armament system of systems (SoS) based on the operation loop. Firstly, the capability index system of weapon equipment is constructed, and the interaction relationships between the equipments are quantitatively described by capability satisfaction degree. Secondly, the system operational capability and the number of operation rings are put forward, and the weapon equipment system is evaluated synthetically. Then, we introduce the concept of the contribution to establish a model to calculate the contribution of each equipment to the system, according to the contribution of equipment to find the priority development of equipment. Finally, the combat network model is established by taking sea counterattack as an example, and the research method proposed in this paper is applied to practice analysis, which provides theoretical support for optimization of weapon equipment configuration.
