摘要:

针对多指标约束下考虑保障效能的装备多层级备件携带问题进行了研究,提出了装备保障效能的评估方法。首先,将备件携带影响因素分为直接和间接约束两类,引入云模型使两者之间可以相互转换;其次,给出了各级维修保障站点备件需求率解析计算公式;第三,以3个保障效能指标作为约束条件,4个约束因素作为目标函数,建立模型;第四,对模型进行了求解和动态优化;最后,用实例对比分析验证了模型的科学性。

Abstract:

The problem of optimization of equipment multi-echelon spare part carrying project with support efficiency under multi-index constraints is studied, and the method for evaluation of equipment is proposed. Firstly, the influence factors of spare part carrying are divided into two categories: direct constraints and indirect restraints, and the cloud model is introduced to make the conversion between them. Secondly, the analytical calculation equations for spare parts demand rates of multiechelon support sites are given. Thirdly, three support efficiency indexes are considered as constraint condition, four constraint are taken as the objective function to establish a model. Fourthly, the model is solved and optimized. Finally, the model is tested to be scientific through contrastive analysis of examples.
