网络化作战信息流转策略适应性演化建模

摘要:

动态灵活、优化匹配的信息流转策略,是网络化作战中信息顺畅传递、高效流转的重要保证。首先,定义了网络化作战信息流转的相关概念,抽象了信息流转策略结构;其次,给出了信息流转策略与使命任务的一致性匹配测度方法,分析了信息流转策略适应性演化的一般过程,提出了由演化收益和演化风险组成的适应性演化距离,以相邻信息流转策略之间的演化距离最小为优化目标,建立了网络化作战信息流转策略的适应性演化模型;然后,采用逐次优化算法搜索最优演化路径,并给出了相应的算法流程及求解步骤。最后,通过空中进攻作战案例分析,验证了模型与方法的可行性、有效性。

Abstract:

The dynamic, flexible, optimal and matching information flowing strategy is an important guarantee for information transferring smoothly and flowing efficiently in networked operations. Firstly, correlative concepts of information flowing are defined, and the networked operational information flowing strategy (NOIFS) structure is abstracted. Secondly, the consistent matching measure method for the NOIFS and operational task is given, the adaptive evolution process of the NOIFS is analyzed and the adaptive evolution distance consisting of evolution profit and risk is proposed. Taking the minimum evolution distance between interfacing NOIFSs as an optimization objective, an adaptive evolution model for the NOIFS is built. Thirdly, the progressive optimization algorithm is adopted to search the best evolution path, and the corresponding algorithm process and solving steps are given. Finally, taking aviation aggressive operations as an example, feasibility and validity of the model and the method are verified by the simulation analysis.
