摘要:

针对天波超视距雷达(over-the-horizon radar, OTHR)的信号多路径传播特点,提出一种融合多路径信息的多目标跟踪算法。该算法利用概率多假设跟踪(probabilistic multihypothesis tracker, PMHT)算法中量测与目标关联的“软”决策模型优势,并对多路径观测函数显式建模,推导了多路径量测融合处理公式。仿真实验结果表明,相比于标准PMHT算法,所提出算法实现了在低检测概率、高杂波的OTHR环境下对多个目标的更有效跟踪,获得更高的目标状态估计精度和更低的失跟率。

Abstract:

Considering the multipath signal propagation in over-the-horizon radar (OTHR), a multi-target tracking algorithm based on the multipath information fusion is proposed. It exploits the merit of the “soft” association between measurements and targets in probabilistic multi-hypothesis tracker (PMHT) algorithm. By explicitly modeling the multipath measurement function, the resulting fusion formulation is derived. The simulation results show that, in the complex scenario of OTHR with low detection probability and dense clutter, the proposed multipath aided PMHT algorithm notably outperforms the standard PMHT in the mult-target states estimation and the rate of track loss.
