基于变失效阈值的竞争失效可靠性模型

摘要:

针对同时经历性能退化过程和外界冲击过程的系统,在假设性能退化过程为线性退化过程,冲击过程分别为极值冲击模型和δ冲击模型的基础上,分析了性能退化量对突发失效的失效阈值影响,建立了基于变失效阈值的竞争失效可靠性模型,求出了系统可靠性的解析表达式。结合实例对可靠性模型进行了分析,对突发失效的失效阈值进行了灵敏性分析。结果表明该模型可以有效地提高可靠性评估精度,具有较好的工程实践指导意义和理论参考价值。

Abstract:

The system is supposed to the subject to the continuous degradation process and the shock process. This paper assumes that the degradation continuously increases with a linear path, and the external shock is considered as two classic shock models, i.e., extreme shock model and δ shock model. After analyzing the effect of the degradation on the traumatic failure threshold, the reliability model with shifting failure thresholds is presented, and the analytical expression of the system reliability is derived. The results of the model are discussed, in additional, the sensitivity analysis of traumatic failure thresholds is conducted. The result shows that the model can improve the precision of reliability assessment, and it can be used as references to the theory research and project application.
