摘要:

偏好顺序结构评估(preference ranking organization methods for enrichment evaluations, PROMETHEE)-Ⅱ方法是一种重要的多属性决策(mutiattribute decision making, MADM)方法。提出一种基于经典规划的鲁棒性分析方法用于解决PROMETHEE-Ⅱ参数求解问题,提供在信息条件不完全情况下的鲁棒性判别条件和设计步骤,并通过分析计算验证了这种方法的有效性。为PROMETHEE-Ⅱ权重的设置提供了新的思路,这种方法同时也可用于解决其他多属性决策问题。

Abstract:

Preference ranking organization methods for enrichment evaluations (PROMETHEE)-Ⅱ is an important multiattributes decision making (MADM) method. A robustness analysis method for PROMETHEE-Ⅱ’s weights which includes robustness conditions and robustness design process with incomplete information is presented based on the linear program. The results show that this method is practical and effective, which provides a new idea for setting PROMETHEE-Ⅱ’s weights. Meanwhile, it can be also applied to other MADM methods.
