摘要:

研究了航天高技术评价指标体系建立的原则,并系统分析了指标体系的具体内容。针对指标体系的特点,采用改进的可拓层次分析法和动态加权相结合的方法对指标体系进行评价,并用实际算例验证了指标体系建立的科学性以及评价方法的可行性及有效性。

Abstract:

This paper studies the principal of the assessment index system of advanced military aerospace technologies, and the concrete content of the index system is introduced. Considered the characteristics of the index system, it applies improved extension analytics hierarchy process (EAHP) and dynamic weighting to assess the index system, and a numerical example is given to validate the scientific of the index system and the availabilities and validities of the evaluation method.
