摘要:

长寿命、高可靠弹上设备产品的加速寿命试验存在小样本、失效机理复杂的问题,难以通过传统的统计方法对其加速因子进行估计,为此本文基于特征寿命的概念,充分继承弹上设备产品各组成部件的可靠性预计方法以及阿伦尼斯(Arrhenius)加速试验模型,采用由底层数据向上层结构综合的思想,提出一种整机受试产品的加速因子估计方法,并推导给出受试产品的贮存寿命综合预计模型。以弹上某型气压高度表产品为例,完成具体的贮存寿命加速试验方案设计与分析,并给出故障判定及处理准则,以此验证本文方法的工程适用性。

Abstract:

The accelerated life test of missileborne equipment with a long storage life and high reliability has issues on the small sample and the complex failure mechanism. therefore, it is difficult to determine the acceleration factor by using the traditional statistic method. Based on the concept of the characteristic life, a new method to estimate the acceleration factor of systemlevel products is proposed by employing the reliability prediction method of missile products and the Arrheniusbased accelerated life test model. And then the related storage life estimation model is deduced.Taking the barometric altimeter as an example, the plan scheme of the accelerated life test to estimate the storage life is designed, both fault identification rules and fault handling rules are also provided, which is to demonstrate the validity of the proposed acceleration factor estimation strategy.
