时域证据融合中的可信度衰减模型

摘要:

证据理论在时空信息融合领域都有着广泛的应用,时域信息融合表现出明显的序贯性和动态性,在空域进行证据融合时处理证据冲突的方法并不一定适用于时域,时域证据融合中如何确定证据的动态可信度是值得关注的问题。针对此问题,基于Dempster证据组合规则和证据折扣理论,分析了时域证据融合的马尔可夫性,建立了证据可信度衰减模型,在此基础上得到证据动态可信度,以此作为动态折扣因子对证据进行折扣。算例仿真表明,可信度衰减模型可以基本满足时域证据融合的要求,能有效处理时域融合中的证据冲突。

Abstract:

Evidence theory is widely used in both temporal and spatial domain. Since evidence fusion in time domain is sequential and dynamic, methods of dealing with evidence conflict in space domain may not be suitable in time domain. When belief functions obtained in different time nodes are combined, it is significant to determine the dynamic credibility of evidence in time domain. The Markovian requirement of temporal fusion is analyzed based on the Dempster’s combination rule and the evidence discount theory. And the model of credibility attenuation is established to get the dynamic evidence credibility. Then the evidence is discounted by the dynamic discount factor. Numerical examples demonstrate that such a model can satisfy the requirement of data fusion in time domain. By managing conflicts between belief functions better, this approach is helpful for making proper and solid decisions.
