产品可靠性新型顺序约束及评估算法改进

摘要:

在产品研制过程中,通常经过多个阶段试验及改进才能达到最后定型要求,产品研制的每个阶段均产生有大量可靠性信息。利用产品可靠性增长规律,对传统的顺序约束条件进行改进,给出了一种新型顺序约束关系,该新型顺序约束关系更为准确地反映了产品可靠性增长规律。基于新型顺序约束关系给出了一种新的顺序约束Bayes评估方法,并通过Bayes评估方法进行合理改进,有效降低了Bayes估计的计算复杂性。最后,通过模拟仿真实例分析,说明提出的改进方法计算简单,与传统的顺序约束Bayes评估方法相比,得到的产品在各阶段可靠性评估结果具有较高精度,能够简单高效地运用于工程实际问题。

Abstract:

In the process of product development, the products usually go through several stages of experiments and improvement before meeting all the requirements, and a lot of reliable information arises during each stage. Improving the traditional ordering constraints based on the growing law of product reliability gives birth to a new Bayes evaluation method. And through the proper improvement of this method the computional complexity has been effectively reduced. Finally, the analysis of simulation examples proves that this modified method is much more easy, the products have higher accuracy in the reliability evaluation and can be used to solve the engineering problems more effectively when compared with the traditional Bayes evaluation methods.
