分层系统序贯诊断策略

摘要:

根据复杂系统一般由多个分系统组成,其结构往往具有层次性的特点,研究了分层系统的测试模型,在对模型进行分层处理的基础上,采用Rollout算法对分层系统中各个子系统的相关性矩阵模型进行计算,并按照得出测试序列和层次结构建立故障诊断树,从而建立了一种分层系统诊断策略。实例分析表明,基于分层考虑的诊断策略可以按照测试需求,方便地将故障隔离到各个层次,而且通过对系统进行分层处理,可降低系统的计算复杂度,缩短计算时间。

Abstract:

The complex system always contains several subsystems, and sometimes its structure is hierarchical. According to this situation, the test model of hierarchical systems is researched. Based on the exchange of the model, the Rollout algorithm is used to calculate the fault-test relation matrix model of each subsystem, and the diagnostic trees are set up according to the test sequence and the hierarchical structure. Then a new diagnosis strategy for the hierarchical system is proposed. The example demonstrates that the fault can be isolated to any floor if needed based on the strategy for the hierarchical system. Also this strategy can minimize the size of the fault-test relation matrix model and reduce calculation time.
