摘要:

具有良好性能的正交编码信号是相控阵多输入多输出(multiple input multiple output, MIMO)雷达获得优良性能的前提。为得到对接收端噪声容忍度更高的编码信号,利用改进的离散粒子群优化(discrete particle swarm optimization, DPSO)算法,以接收端匹配滤波之后输出信号的性能为代价函数,将编码设计转化为约束优化问题,设计了可灵活编码的正交相位编码信号。新算法得到的编码信号有较低的自相关旁瓣和互相关干扰,在匹配滤波时其对噪声的抑制要好于已有算法,且能有效分离出多个目标。仿真结果验证了算法的有效性。

Abstract:

A good performance orthogonal signal is the precondition of the excellent phased multiple input multipleoutput (MIMO) radar. In order to obtain a phase coding signal with higher tolerance of receiver noises, a new flexible signal design method based on the improved discrete particle swarm algorithm in which the cost function is the output signal performance after matched filtering is proposed, and the coding design process is converted into a constrained optimization problem. The new signal can effectively restrain the range sidelobe level of a transmitted waveform and the cross correlation level between different waveforms, and has a good tolerance of receiver noises. Simulation results verify the efficiency of the proposed algorithm and indicate the better performance than other algorithms in matched filtering and multiple targets case.
