Abstract:

A method considering the experts’ evaluation text and the evaluation integration value is proposed. Firstly, the evaluation text is divided into several evaluation criteria, and then the decision matrix with the evaluation information and the evaluation integration value can be obtained. Secondly, according to the information of the matrix, the estimation models for the criterion of the group and individual are established. In addition, an estimation model for the incomplete value of the evaluation text is proposed. Furthermore, the score is modified based on the familiarity of the project of experts and closeness degree among the experts’ evaluation. Finally, the validity and analysis process of the suggested method are shown by an example.
