指控(command and control, C2)实体行为仿真建模是C2装备仿真实验评估的核心问题。从C2实体结构、实体能力、实体行为、实体能力与行为之间的关系等方面对C2实体进行了分析,给出了综合态势C2行为的算法,实现了C2实体行为的量化表示,有效支撑了基于仿真试验的C2系统效能评估,提高了C2系统仿真结果的可信性,对于C2实体信息优势的分析和研究具有重要的参考价值。
