摘要:

现代战争中,战略预警、时间敏感目标的打击、协同指挥决策等都对网络化C4ISR系统的响应时间提出了更高的要求。提出了一种基于社会网络分析的网络化C4ISR系统结构的时效性分析方法,从系统结构层面评估网络化C4ISR系统的响应时间。为此,首先建立网络化C4ISR系统结构的OPDAR模型,然后提出了情报信息流、协同信息流和指控信息流3类信息流的定义、数学表示及其参量计算方法,在此基础上定义了情报信息流时延、协同信息流时延和指控信息流时延3种系统结构时效性分析指标及计算方法,支持定量分析系统结构的时效性。最后,利用所提分析方法对设计的两种区域联合防空系统结构的时效性进行对比分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:

In modern warfare, networked C4ISR system response time is highly required in strategic early warning, time sensitive target blow and collaborative command and control, etc. A delay assessment method using social network analysis to asses the response time from networked C4ISR system architecture level is put forward. Firstly, an OPDAR model of networked C4ISR architecture is proposed. Secondly, three information flows, namely intelligence information flow, cooperation information flow and C2 information flow, are defined and analyzed. Their mathematical representations and parameters are given as well. After that, the methods for the delay of the three information flows are given to assess the delay of networked C4ISR architecture. Finally, the proposed delay assessment method is worked well by assessing to two kinds of area joint air defense system architecture.
