摘要:

备件费用在装备维修费用中占据较大的比例,是影响装备寿命周期费用的重要因素。为了控制装备寿命周期费用、提高装备的费用效益,提出基于寿命周期费用技术的备件采购方案优选方法。分析了外购、内购、研仿和换装等4种备件采购方案的基本理念和关系,构建了4种采购方案下的备件寿命周期费用计算模型。以某船舶进口部件的备件采购为应用案例,通过寿命周期费用技术获得采购方案的优先次序。案例表明,寿命周期费用技术是辅助备件采购的有效决策技术之一,值得在工程中应用和推广。

Abstract:

The cost of spare parts takes up a large proportion of equipment maintenance cost, so it is an important factor affecting the life cycle cost of the equipment. To control life cycle cost of the equipment and improve the cost benefit, it is put forward that the procurement project of spare parts is chosen by the life cycle cost technology. The basic conception and relations among overseas procurement, domestic procurement, development and equipment substitution are analyzed. The life cycle cost models for the four procurement projects are set up. Take the procurement of spare parts of some ship imported equipment as the instance, and the sequence of the procurement projects is made by life cycle cost technique. The instance shows that the life cycle cost technique is one of the effective decisionmaking methods of spare parts procurement, which is worth application and popularization in engineering.
