摘要:

在对定期维护条件下的产品进行可靠性分析时,由于现有性能退化处理方法没有考虑维修行为对产品性能信息的影响,导致处理结果无法准确反映工程需要。考虑维护对该类产品退化量的影响,利用复合Poisson过程对其退化过程进行了建模,并给出了模型参数的矩估计方法,进而给出了一种与定期维护条件下的产品退化过程更加相符的可靠性评估方法。通过进行仿真算例分析,验证了方法的可行性,并说明了方法对合理选取维修决策具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:

For the case that traditional deterioration processing methods do not consider the impact of servicing, the scheduled servicing product analysis results cannot reflect the true industry demand. Considering the impact of servicing on products’ performance, a deterioration model of scheduled servicing products is proposed by the composite Poisson process, and meantime the model parameters are estimated by the moment estimation method. Hence, a realistic scheduled servicing product reliability method is proposed. The simulation examples illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method. And the results of the simulation data analysis prove that the proposed method is of definite value to select a reasonable maintenance strategy.
