摘要:

针对航空发动机关键部件的性能衰退难以定量计算的问题,提出一种部件性能衰退值的计算方法。对表征部件的性能参数进行敏感性分析,筛选出对测量参数最敏感的性能参数定义为部件健康因子。建立航空发动机性能衰退模型,将健康因子求解问题转化为有边界约束的非线性优化问题。利用免疫克隆选择算法解决了测量参数少于目标部件性能参数的优化求解问题,得到表征发动机部件性能的健康因子的变化趋势,实现对现役典型发动机部件性能健康状态的准确评价。经验证,计算结果与测量数据吻合较好,为制定航空发动机健康监控的性能衰退标准提供理论依据。

Abstract:

A method of identifying the gradual deterioration in the components of aero-engines is presented. Firstly, a sensitivity analysis of the target performance parameters is calculated. The performance parameters are selected due to the largest deviation of measurement parameters. The performance deterioration model of aero-engines based on the clone selection algorithm is proposed. The main feature of the method is that it gives the possibility to identify performance deviations, and the number of measured parameters is smaller than that of performance parameters. This is achieved by the immune clone selection algorithm optimizing a cost function with various constraints. The deterioration process of components performance is derived so that the true assessment of engine components health performance is received. The test results show that the method is feasible and can be used to constitute the criterion of performance deterioration for engine health monitoring.
