摘要:

根据潜艇航行安全受潜艇自身以及海洋环境等多种因素影响。分析了各种因素对潜艇水下航行安全性的影响,确定指标体系,并据此建立潜艇水下航行的安全性评估体系。超标权的含义与潜艇航行安全评估相吻合,而且实际海洋环境因素具有一定的模糊性,因此应用基于超标权的模糊综合评估法对潜艇航行安全性进行评估。最后通过实例演示评估过程。

Abstract:

The safety of submarine underwater navigation is affected by both the performance of submarine itself and the marine environment, so it’s analyzed how the various factors impact on the submarine navigation safety. Then the indicators are determined, and the submarine navigation safety evaluation index system is established. The submarine navigation safety assessment is consistent with super-standard weight, and marine environment data are fuzzy in some extent, so the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on super-standard weight is taken to evaluate the submarine navigation safety. Finally, the evaluation process is demonstrated by a practical example.
