摘要:

单艘舰船的部署能力主要取决于其修理结构,而编队的使用需求对单舰修理结构的制定具有重要的影响。针对编队的使用需求,采用时间序列法对舰船修理结构进行优化研究。首先从改变舰船基地级修理间隔期的角度出发,建立编队条件下舰船修理结构的优化模型。然后针对模型的组合优化问题,利用遗传算法实现模型的优化求解。最后采用编队算例进行求解验证,实验结果表明:调整编队中各舰船的修理结构后,编队服役期内可用舰艇的数量的波动幅度明显减小,且可用舰艇数量较小的时间点显著减少,从而提高了编队的整体部署能力。

Abstract:

The deployment capability of a single ship depends on its maintenance structure (MS), while the usage requirements of the fleet has an important influence on the development of the MS of a single ship. For the usage requirement of the fleet, the MS is optimized by the method of time series. From the aspect of changing the intervals of the depot-level maintenance, the optimization model of the MS under the condition of a fleet is established. The model involves a combinatorial optimization problem and is achieved by the genetic algorithm. Then a fleet example is used for solving and validating the model, and the optimization results show that, after optimizing and adjusting the MS of every ship in the fleet, the fluctuation of the number of deployable ships is clearly reduced and the time points of the small number of deployable ships are basically eliminated, thus the overall deployment capability of the fleet is improved.
