一种连续型随机多属性大群体决策方法

摘要:

针对属性权重信息完全未知和属性值为连续型随机变量的多属性大群体决策问题,提出了一种大群体决策方法。该方法将正态分布的3σ原则推广到任意分布,将随机属性值转化成区间数;并把实数范围内的模糊聚类算法扩展到区间数上,通过该算法将大群体中的成员按偏好形成若干个不同的聚集;在此基础上定义并计算群体中各个聚集和整个大群体的区间评价矩阵;然后利用不确定性有序加权平均算子获得决策方案的综合排序。最后通过一个实例对方法进行了验证。

Abstract:

Aiming at the multi-attribute large group decision problems that attribute weights are completely unknown and attribute variables are continuous stochastic variables, a large group decision method is proposed. This method extends the 3σ principle of normal distribution to an arbitrary distribution and transforms stochastic attribute values into interval numbers. By using the fuzzy clustering algorithm in the interval number range, the large group is divided into several clusters. Then, the interval evaluation matrix of each cluster as well as the whole large group is defined and calculated. Ranking of alternatives is performed by using an uncertainty ordered weighted averaging operator. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the method.
