摘要:

横向供应管理是提高装备保障效率的有效途径,为备件的管理模式提供了一种新的思路。针对该问题,通过分析稳定状态下库存水平的状态转移,建立了基于库存稳态概率的可修备件多点转运库存模型。运用启发式方法对模型进行求解和优化,算法的正确性通过仿真进行了验证。结合相关时间和费用参数,对模型进行扩展,构建了横向转运费用模型。通过实例对转运和非转运费用模型进行对比分析,验证了所构建模型算法的合理性。该方法能够在达到装备保障性指标的情况下,节省大量的库存费用,对于完善备件库存理论具有重要意义,为制定合理的备件优化方案提供决策依据。

Abstract:

The management of multi-echelon with transshipments is an effective approach to improve support effectiveness and provides a new opportunity to better manage inventory. Focusing on the problem, a multi-location inventory system based on steady-state probability with lateral transshipments is provided, and the heuristic algorithm is used to solve and optimize the model. Simulation shows that the proposed model produces accurate estimates. Considering relative important time and cost parameters, the model is further expanded. After introducing a cost structure, the transshipments cost model shows that the proposed strategy can indicate the model’s correctness and the algorithm’s rationality. The result can not only satisfy the support target but also save a large amount of inventory cost, which has a large significance for completing inventory theory and supplying decision assistance for a reasonable optimization project.
