摘要:

针对机场打击效果评估这一热点问题,根据机场的基本组成结构和特点,提出了基于几何、纹理和整体特征的机场毁伤评估准则以及知识推理模糊综合评估数学模型,对模型的结构和评估过程进行了一定的描述,研究并实现了基于模糊综合评判理论的机场跑道打击效果评估系统。实验结果表明,该系统是一种可行的机场打击效果评估系统。

Abstract:

According to the hot problem of airport’s battle damage assessment, the airport’s battle damage assessment rule based on geometry, texture and overall characteristics according to the basic component structure and feature of the airport runway, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) mathematical model based on the knowledge base reasoning (KBR)are proposed. The model’s structure and assessment process, and implements an airport’s battle damage assessment system based on FCE are described. The simulation results show that this system is an effective airport’s battle damage assessment system.
