摘要:

提出了不完全共因失效的概念,认为共因只能以一定概率作用于共因失效组的元件上,并产生一定程度的损伤。介绍了动态故障树分析方法常用的逻辑门结构,并在此基础上引入了新的逻辑门结构用于对不完全共因失效进行有效描述。指出了目前用于求解不完全共因失效系统动态故障树模型的马尔可夫链方法存在的不足,修正了现有研究给出的马尔可夫链状态转移图,并提出不完全共因失效系统失效概率的通用公式。最后给出应用实例,证明该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

The conception of incomplete common cause failure (ICCF) is proposed, and the common cause is considered to  affect components in a commoncause group only with a certain probabilities accompanied with a certain degrees of  damage. The common logic gates of a dynamic fault tree analysis method are introduced, and based on it, a new logic gate  is introduced for describing ICCF efficiently. Moreover, the problem existing in the Markov chain method of dynamic fault  tree model of systems subjected to ICCF is pointed out, the state transition diagram is revised, and the reliability  analytical formula of systems subjected to ICCF is proposed. The availability of the proposed approach is illustrated  by a quantitative analysis of an example system.
