摘要:

修理级别分析(level of repair analysis, LORA)是装备综合保障性工程中的一项重要内容,针对现有关于LORA问题研究的不完善之处,以舰载装备维修保障为背景,综合考虑维修费用和维修效果,建立LORA协同规划数学模型。根据模糊优选理论,给出基于正负理想方案的多指标LORA决策隶属度优化目标函数,运用自适应粒子群算法对LORA模型进行求解,通过算例给出了优化结果,分析LORA决策的一般规律,证明方法的合理性及LORA模型的正确性。提出的LORA决策模型是现有研究基础上的重要补充,对于完善装备维修保障决策理论具有重要意义,为装备维修保障工作的开展提供决策支持。

Abstract:

The level of repair analysis (LORA) is an important content for integrated logistics support. Aiming  at the  incomplete of existing research on the LORA problem, under the background of shipborne equipment maintenance support,  considering the repair cost as well as the repair effect, the cooperative programming model of LORA is established.  According to the fuzzy optimum selection theory, the multi-objective decision making optimization function of LORA  based on the positive and negative ideal solution is given. The adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied  to solving the LORA model. In a given example, the optimization result is gotten, through which the rule of  LORA is  analyzed, and the rationality of this method as well as the correctness of LORA model is proved. The LORA decision model  constructed is an important complement for the existing research, which has large significance 〖JP2〗for consummating  maintenance theory and supply decision support for implementing the work of equipment logistics .
